What did you do this Thanksgiving weekend?

Changed oil in 4 vehicles.
Raked up more leaves.
Spent time with family.
Got my new Nexus 7 setup.
Went out shooting with family.
Did a little Christmas shopping.
Washed and Waxed the better half's vehicle.

Other than that not too much.

Not much different that usual.

My dad is home for 2 weeks, my grandmother came up to visit. I came down with bronchitis and a cold on friday and my doctor made me stay home and miss work on friday and sunday. So basically spent the weekend with family or playing planetside 2, my new addiction.

Raked a dozen bags of leaves/pine needles and put copious amounts of water on my lawn so it doesn't croak this winter. It's been 60 degrees lately with 10% humidity. Driest November on record here.

i don't want to be a party popper but FIL had a heart attack in Thursday (66 years old and retired). he is alive and recovering.
cooked the turkey and the rest of the meal.
tried to keep the spirits up, keep the kids happy and offer possible scenarios on who and how to take care of him and help his recovery.
even installed a new bed for the kiddo (she's taller now).

Had friends staying in South Beach from N.Y.C. so was down there everyday..Did a lot partying and eating in awesome restaurants on Lincoln Road..The temperature stayed in the low 80's the entire time.

Visited my parents in Virginia and did a side trip to New Market Battlefield.

Went skiing for 3 days in Snowshoe, WV.

On Black Friday I went dirt bike riding with a buddy in southern Indiana. Had an epic day. Some of Sunday was spent cleaning the equipment.
