Yep, MacGyver Grips - or light duty plumbing like 1/2” or smaller pipe … Don’t belong on good fasteners …I use Vise Grips mostly to "enhance" other tools. The last time I used them was to clamp onto a small breaker bar to assist me on a repair on my friend's Odyssey to give me leverage in a very tight space. Worked like a charm!
You mean positive and negative screwdriversSmall and medium straight slot and Philips screwdrivers. I use them more than any other tools.

I've got a host of 'em....44, 60, 10.25, 14b and something else. Then the whole set of huge sheetmetal hex/rounded hex including the elusive 54mm for Toy IFSCould not set bearing preload without this tool to set the initial torque:

I used mine once in the past year. A head sheared off a steel bolt, smaller in size diameter shaft. I tried loosening the remaining length of bolt still threaded in. It gripped so **** well I sheared the bolt again. That was some serious gripping power!Vise Grips. Those things are the world's most versatile tool imo.
