Today was really busy at work. Done several things. 4 tire balance and alignment on RAV4. Tire change on a brand new Corolla customer wanted different tires on it in order for them to agree to buying it so did that. Alignment on a Tundra with an oil change and rotate. Lug nuts were extremely swollen but customer declined them as 20 of them costed $370 because they were $18 something a piece. Oil change and tire rotation and brake inspection on a 2001 Mustang. I hate working on Ford lol. Tried to sell rear brakes but they declined them. Then have a Sienna in my bay for Monday. It was towed in because the radiator is leaking and it’s over heating. We don’t have a radiator in stock but it was ordered. And done 4 rotors and pads all around on a 2019 Highlander too. Also installed a new tire on a Corolla too because it had a non patchable nail in it. One of the managers keeps telling me I need to be faster but the guy who is in the bay next to me stood up for me and told him to not worry about it because he isn’t in charge of service anyway. I beat book time on everything pretty much so I don’t know what his problem was. Then my manager got on to him as well and told him to mind his own business and not worry about someone he wasn’t in charge of. So I appreciate that from my manager. One thing I can’t stand is to be rushed.
