What are you watching on tv right now?

Watching one of the dumbest but mildly funny movies in a while. Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas in "Strange Brew" on prime.

A classic movie! One of my favorites!
Dave Thomas is the brother of Ian Thomas, who is kind of a famous musician here in Canada. My girlfriend went to high school with his daughter, they were best friends

I had never heard of it until today while scrolling through Prime. And being a Moranis fan, I said give it a chance, I'm glad I did.

Watching the Los Angeles Rams vs Minnesota Vikings wild card game. I don’t know anything about either team but I know more Rams fans so I guess go Rams lol. Ultimately though I’m for the Lions or Texans for the Super Bowl since they have never appeared in one. I have no idea what’s going on as I don’t understand football but seems interesting. My parents told me they were concerned about me because they know I would never do anything related to football lol. The main thing that is confusing is like what does for example 1st and 10 mean? I know it’s 1st and then 10 yard line but why is it significant?

If it" "1st and 10 (yards)" and they make it 10 yards further from that point on the field, then they get to keep the ball and start at "1st and 10" again. They get 4 "downs" (play attempts) to do try and get another "1st and 10".

If it's 1st (down) and 10 (yards to go), and they make 5 yards on the first play, then it's "2nd and 5". If they then make it 3 more yards on the 2nd play, then it's "3rd and 2". If they make it more than 2 years on play 3 then they get to start at "1st and 10" again. If they can't get a first down after 3 plays, then they either have to go for it on the 4th down play or punt to the other team. If they don't make a 1st and 10 on the 4th play and if they don't punt but attempt the play and fail, then the other team gets the ball at the line of scrimmage. They can also attempt a field goal on the 4th down if they are in range for a field goal.

Watching the Los Angeles Rams @ Philadelphia Eagles game. Go LA. I’ve never been big into football but I’ve gotten bored this off season from baseball so now I’m just waiting for next month for spring training to start lol.

As funny as it is watching 260 pound men do the fish on slippery ground I would rather not have weather influence play. But everyone on the same field !

Just watched OHIO STATE beat Notre Dame. Glad Ohio State won; as Notre Dame will never accept challenge to move to a “conference”. Screw em’
