What are you watching on tv right now?

Was watching San Diego Padres @ Pittsburgh Pirates game but it’s in rain delay so out getting dinner and be back hopefully they will be restarted by then.

I picked up a few like new DvD movies / mini series from the local Goodwill store last week. I go in there a few times a year and sometimes luck out on some nice cheap priced retro electronics etc.... I keep or share them with folks I know who are collectors like me. We often trade books and movies also. I am watching a (brand new in box) mini series I got for $2. I recalled this one came on TNT tv years ago. I missed it at the time it aired (2005). Title is "Into The West." Produced and directed by Steven Spielberg. A six disc series. Looking similar to the one I saw some of titled Hell on Wheels. I had lost interest in that one though. So far this one is pretty good. About a young millwright who worked training in his family's wagon wheel / blacksmith shop business. He had the yearning to Go West like so many others of that time period.

Just finished Mayor of Kingstown and Fallout on Prime. Very good shows especially MoK. Jeremy Rinner does a great job not overselling his lead.

Oddly due to summer re-runs I have season 1&2 of Cobra Kai I’ve been watching library sourced dvds. (Ryan doesn’t YouTube red/premium or Netflix)

Despite being pure cheese with aging actors I’m invested to watch it now.

Very surprised this has made it 6 seasons but I’m enjoying it so far.

Woman at War TV Mini Series on Netflex (not to be confused with a movie of the same title)
Wife and I are hooked. Awesome French Film Making, cinematography and acting the same.
Watched the first episode last night, looking forward to the next in a few minutes.
If you like these era movies I think you will like this, check out the trailer. A bit edgy, not for children, it's a war movie.
