No J? I use the Smucker's no sugar kind. I'm sure some here will point out there are bad chemicals in it. Wife person just checks for no added sugar or corn syrup.

It's a long story. My 19 year old son gave up sugar in January, so when he's near, I don't pull out anything tempting. He loved PB&J sandwiches! Despite PB and white sandwich bread being loaded with sugar, he doesn't add jam.
