What are you eating right now?

That is a good deal. What is the main course? Can't focus on my greasy phone.
First box had two large chicken breast

Second box had a large thigh and drumstick

I picked 4 mash and gravy...for sides ...2 each box...didn't want fries etc.

Two biscuits which go to the crows.
$6 big box is the name

I’ve never had what you guys call biscuits, they’re not really a thing down here. My wife has had them and thinks they’re kind of similar to plain scones.
@Pablo hit it. The recipe can very quite a bit too. More butter in the recipe, buttermilk vice whole milk, baking soda content, etc. Changes the texture and flavor. Fresh warm biscuits are usually more moist than a scone.
You can also make the batter wetter and spoon them onto a cooking sheet or spoon them on top of soup or stew and put the lid on to make a nice dumpling. Thicker batter rolls out like cookie dough and you cut it with a glass or cookie cutter.

Do you ever throw in some hash browns and bacon or sausage? I'd pass on the avocado unless it's Huevos Rancheros.
Just black coffee for me today because I want to join our Aussie friend and pretend to be Mad Max this morning.

Not often and Im probably the only one that thinks bacon is way overrated.
I'd rather have a steak or beef patties
Give me oatmeal over hash browns also.

Snacking on some wasabi peas at the moment.

For lunch I'm planning on baking up Aldi chicken breast fillets (the pre-breaded/heat vs cook from scratch kind), half a sweet potato, and either pickled beets or pickled cabbage. Probably should go with the latter since the jar is already open.
