What are you eating right now?

Tonight, I'm having rotisserie chicken from the health food store. I know, I know. I don't deserve to be posting in this thread. 🤣

But I'm also going to sauté those yellow oyster mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, Kosher salt and black pepper, and wilt some organic spinach. :)

I have noticed that lots of people here enjoy tortillas and wraps of one kind or another. Well, I love tortillas, especially flour tortillas. In fact, if there were a Church of Tortillas, I'd be I there praying right now. (There must be a church like this somewhere, right?) Unfortunately, there came a time when I no longer did well with wheat flour, so I went to Rudi's Spelt Tortillas. They were a pretty fair substitute for wheat floor tortillas, but, wouldn't you know it, Rudi's stopped offering them in my region, so I went to Carbonaut 2 gram Tortillas made of tapioca, which were about as close to a wheat flour tortilla as Buffalo is to a place you'd want to live. Then, they stopped offering those in my region. Detect a pattern here? So, I had to go to Carbonaut 1 gram, which is not so much a tortilla as a reminder of a cherished world that is lost to me.

@Legs4Arms, in high school I hit 245 lbs, most of it around my waist 44". I reduced my food/sugar intake and lost 60 lbs in 7 months during my senior year (34" waist). which is where I am now, more or less. 165 lbs would be optimal but I'm ok with 175 again.

Anywhere between 165-175 is perfect for our height depending on BMI and particularly, leg mass.
I can fluctuate 10lbs several times a year if I get busy/lazy and skip leg day.
My pants size doesn't exist these days. 30X29. I buy 30X30's and get an inch knocked off💸
