Salmon fillets fried in olive oil and asparagus with a nice Cali chard.
I've found that frying is a better treatment for salmon than baking, although broiling is also good.

Cheat day today, I guess. Dinner was Montana grass fed beef made into milk gravy style SOS over a piece of wheat toast. Green beans and mixed veggies with cheese on top for the side. The raw milk for the SOS was from Bossy next door.

Black coffee. Weather was partially cloudy, 74°f and wind gusts of 32mph.
Broke my fast with a half of a pastrami, cream cheese and sauerkraut bagel.
