I only did a 14hr fast today, I had black coffee that came with a miniature cookie, and a small egg and bacon roll for breakfast.
Feast!
Five day detox... Little rough of sweats, chills, nausea, runs. Each day is getting better. Gave up soda, beer and nicotine all at same time. Only had one slice of pizza and water, tea, liquid iv. Lost 10 pounds

I finally tried the Chicken Big Mac (sans lettuce and pickles) and it wasn’t too bad
I didn't know that was a thing.

It’s National Poutine Day so I had pot roast poutine for dinner. My girlfriend had steak and chicken tacos
Some sparkling water with bitters and lemon.
Tofu soup with kalbi and bulgogi and all the sides with the family this evening.
I just had Korean with my wife. We shared a kimchi pork stew (looked very similar to your soup) and a beef bulgogi.

Bacons can be bad, but comparing the taste of thick cut pepper apple smoke bacons to sardines is just an unfair battle. Smells better even.Sardines because Baconsoverrated
