What are you eating right now?

It's really just a double quarter pounder with cheese that gets the Big Mac salad on top. White or yellow American cheese? You guys may want to replace it with real Canada Cheese.

Went there tonight for the first time, my daughter wanted to go there for her birthday; I'd go back. Been to the Works a few years ago, again for my daughter's birthday, never went back. Ideally, she wanted Five Guys, but there aren't any nearby. Next week, it'll be BurgerFi.(y)

I do believe being 95% good eating 7 days a week and working out daily and you sprinkle in a little 5% of going of the rails i promise you'll be better than 99% of the public.

Question on riding yes on indoor still but Sunday weather really break and hopefully outdoor for 40to50 miles Sunday .

I believe you live in the Niagara region don’t you? You have to check out a place called We The Finest Burger on Portage Road (there’s also a location in Beamsville). I have had many burgers in my life and they are the best!!!

I don't think I'm better than anybody but for me the key to success has been smaller meals more often to keep the fire stoked. No large calorie dumps without activity to burn it down.
I also don't eat breakfast. Up at 6:30am, meals are 10:30am, 2:30pm, 7:30pm with a shake between meals 2-3, then another about an hour before bed around 10:30pm.

Lifts are every other night, 45 minutes to an hour. Cardio is recumbent bike after leg day, inclined tread the other days.
On days I feel I don't have it, I skip the lift and do cardio only and don't beat myself up about it.

My hero days are over. It's about maintaining what I've got and making it as functional as possible for the years ahead.
 
Not eating much these days, I've really locked in since Shrove Tuesday. I'm not feeling as tired in the afternoons, since I'm eating cleaner, and I've lost quite a few pounds already. I gave up sugar for lent and have gone back to OMAD. Further, I'm limiting other things like junk food (snacks) and processed food (bread/fast food) during this time. Yesterday, we celebrated my daughters birthday, and all I ate was a hamburger plus whatever fries spilled onto my tray, I gave the serving of fries away. (600-700 calories daily intake).
 
You know I make my own Pablo. Just that sometimes the timing is wrong, it's frozen, I'm out of it or whatever.

That’s one thing that I miss now that I’m in a condo. In my last house I had a big chest freezer in the basement and I could stock up on lots of stuff. I also cooked at home a lot more back then as well
 
I’m solo traveling right now and suddenly want to make homemade chili. Thanks for that guys. Haha haha

I use chunk and ground beef. Sometimes pork too. Not much if any tomato and no whole beans.

My little secret though is a can of refried beans in the big pot. Kinda thickens and gives it some extra umami.

I can’t make intestinally atomic anymore though so I use the less hot variety of capsicums
