So last night I knocked down half a small Napa cabbage and cooked it out into the spicy reduction you see there.
Bottom of bowl is jasmine rice with veg cooked in Phő broth, cubed spicy chicken thighs, cabbage sauce over top, to easy-up basted eggs.
Leftovers ftw...

A bowl of Cream of Mushroom soup with a package of Ramen Noodles cooked into it.
Not bad and the noodles get nice and soft, ready to eat by the time they are warmed up in the soup heated on the stove.

Salt is bad ??
Polarizing topic lol.
Let's just say in my world it's something to be used sparingly and I certainly think the msg/salt packages that accompany instant noodles are tantamount to dietary poison.
Feel free to go nuts though I centainly won't try to stop you (y)

3 to 6 grams of sodium per day has been consistently observed as the level of intake for people with the greatest longevity. Restriction of sodium can be efficacious when trying to treat health conditions like high blood pressure, but sodium is not the source of high blood pressure, per se. In that case, sodium restriction lowers blood pressure via diuretic effect.
