Good find! You’ll be fine. I love grocery store clearance items. Feeding my family of 6 gets stupid expensive, so grocery savings are top of my mind.

I love clearance items too, if there’s regret it will from too many carbs making me feel lethargic and inflamed.
Very true. Usually, I’m looking at sale meats I can toss into the freezer and salad mixes getting marked down. The only time I don’t shop solely the perimeter of the store is when I’m picking up spices, herbs, or EVOO/Avocado oil, so I don’t usually notice any sales in there, lol. We have a mom and pop butcher/meat shop here that sells their meats on average about 10-15 cents less per pound. It’s been a great way to save money for us.
I could barely finish this is too much food. Crab cakes had some ground up crackers and my BG knew it!!

I forgot to post last night’s dinner, breaded sole with potatoes and sweet potatoes
And a spinach and spring mix salad. And half avocado
Just got back from a weekend trip at a timeshare with the wife. Brunch before we left. Pork chops with feta and lemon, scrambled eggs with chives and tomato and avocado.
I've always wanted to buy one of those frozen pizzas, but my wife always reminds me, "You're not gonna like it". Here's one she made yesterday; don't mind the shadow.
Needs more eggs
