Bought a bag of Thompson St. today, as a gift for my FIL.

My son in law’s dad uses the same Kirkland stale beans. Battery acid@Pablo, I had to resist opening it, today he served me Kirkland espresso beans from his Saeco machine
Almost had to shove a cookie in my mouth to get rid of the bitter aftertaste.
More ribeye 
Left is beef ribs with Cajun dry rub. Excellent. 2nd is pork same tub. 3rd is pork with brine and mild dry rub.

As far as espresso I liked Thompson St it's milder a little less vibrant but excellent

Avocado and some grilled chicken and salad of spinach and kale. Late breakfast as walked Trevor. 3 miles to neighbors gas station. Nice sunny day here
