That's an Upside Down Sicilian slice from L&B Spumoni Gardens
More pizzerias offer it these days, putting cooked sauce on top of the cheese
It's not everyone's style, but it's a nice occasion slice (especially for those who grew up around it in South Brooklyn)

TBH their Spumoni is probably better than the pizza, although I've never actually tried their food

I forgot to mention that I also had two slices of that Gino’s pizza too
They were plain cheese slices, my favorite Note I said "occasion slice"

I’m craving a Popeyes chicken sandwich right now! They have really gone up in price here though. When they first offered the chicken sandwich in Canada about 6 years ago they were $5.99. Now they’re $11.99 
Eggs are back under $3 a dozen at Costco... breakfast burritos for lunch.

I have been getting the giant size (25 oz) on Amazon US. It is $6.29 on Subscribed and Save. The Local Hy-Vee had the small box 16 oz I think, on sale recently for $3.99-Never quit looking!
I know Pablo wants another leg shot as he gets excited but not tonight.
