What are you eating right now?

For @walterjay
A new French study found glass bottles contained 5 to 50% more micro plastics than plastic water bottles. The study is up for scrutiny
as many consider the plastic cap was the cause but that doesn't make sense when compared to a 100% plastic bottle and cap unless there are issues with the glass bottle manufacturing.

We are all doomed............

Cajun/Italian omelet: Combination learned from my Cajun + Italian grandmothers and my youngest son (retired executive chef). So I have lots of help and hints when I want to cook. Plus the wife is a magician in the kitchen herself. Problem is the wife was a hospital dietician prior to becoming a school teacher and she almost has to be forced to eat anything... she doesn't consider health food! Glad she still likes to cook for the family and others.

Just sautéed a small bag of chopped hash brown potatoes in olive oil.
Added diced onions / garlic powder / black + white + red pepper / smoked paprika.
Two sliced of fine chopped Colby jack cheese / 1/4 cup fine chopped parsley.
Took (8) eggs , removed (4) of the egg yolks and scrambled with a spoon of h20 (to make fluff up)
before pouring into skillet of cooked potatoes and seasoning.

Lungo's aren't really my cup of tea coffee. I actually prefer a ristretto with a couple ounces of hot water added and a bit of half and half. Don't care for latte's at all, though.
Maybe I need to start doing this, but with cream instead of half and half, so that it won't break my fast. My colleague says you need to put the hot water into the cup before pulling the shot.

My oldest son recently lost a good amount of weight on one of those high protein programs. He started each day eating a mostly plain
egg white scramble with lots of fresh cut onions which are really good for folks (just like garlic is IF one can stand it:oops:). I have noticed if I eat eggs in the morning I can go a long time during the day without looking to eat until very much later in the day.

This bunch hate onions 🌰

That's how I do it, but it's really a phony bologna coffee snob thing. You supposedly get more crema floating on top, or less crema on top depending on who you ask.

LoL I have always been kind of camera handicapped.
Still do not even own a "smart phone." Recently got a new phone. Replaced my old flip phone with a brand new AT&T flip phone from Walmart. The sales folks at a local AT&T store told me "Ha ha ha! You can't buy those anymore!" Surprised me when I spotted new ones available for sale all over Walmart. So Walmart was happy to sell me one.
I know most everyone uses the Smart phones for filming and photos these days. The wife is totally addicted to them. Of course she almost MUST to function these days as a school teacher.

After that confession I'm calling for a 3 week suspension. Even old people like Pablo have smart phones 📱 📲 and not these ☎️
