Yeah not a great deal...That's about 9 Big Macs worth of points and some fries . I just saw " The daily quad burger " from McDonalds on Youtube . I wonder how many points it would require for a free one .

Thanks Pablo. That’s the intermittent fasting, right?Try fasting in the morning. Just eat the eggs things one hour later each day until you work it up to noon. Then finish all your eating before 6pm. Works for me.
Hernia surgery- mine became quite urgent I am surprised you can do that exercise. I’m 67 and the recovery is irritatingly slow! 5 weeks in and finally can do a 5 mile walk- just go easy. I walk a thin line on overdoing it !!
That is a fancy name for it. Seems pretty easy for me now but a little tough at first mentally. Simple truth it’s good for your body and the whole breakfast needs carb bomb or even calories for alertness and a good day start is old thinkingThanks Pablo. That’s the intermittent fasting, right?
What Pablo saidThanks Pablo. That’s the intermittent fasting, right?
I lost a lot of weight doing keto and intermittent fasting back in 2017 and kept it off by continuing the intermittent fasting. Thanks Pablo. That’s the intermittent fasting, right?
I like somewhere around 7pm to around 11:30am and often stretch it out a few extra hours for a 18hr fast.I like 5pm to 9am....
Zero effort![]()
Yep, 32 pounds lost this year doing 16-17 hour fasts most days and when I can’t do it quite that long I still manage to do 12-13 hour fasts. Definitely lots of walking, I’m at just under 24,000 steps today for instance.I lost a lot of weight doing keto and intermittent fasting back in 2017 and kept it off by continuing the intermittent fasting.
I actually started it to see if it would help a chronic health condition and the weight loss was a nice bonus.
I believe @Patman has also lost a lot of weight just through I.F. and walking, and he still eats heaps of junk food.
Why even try cooking it ?How you properly searing off a steak. Roast off heat till doneness you like and serve.

The more you cook a steak the less flavorful it is. I can’t seem to convince my girlfriend of this fact though and she gets hers well doneWhy even try cooking it ?

You won’t get sick with a rare steak. It’s not the same as chicken or a burger. It’s completely safe to eat steak that is “blue rare”. I have cooked many many steaks at home that way and never got sickWay too raw for anyone that don’t want to get sick.

I can’t seem to convince my girlfriend of this fact though and she gets hers well doneFor me I usually order it medium rare but I’m perfectly fine with blue rare to rare as well. The only reason I go with medium rare is to get a little bit more char on the outside (I could say rare but have it seered “Chicago Style” but that doesn’t always work out and sometimes they ruin it)
