What are you eating right now?

I broke an 18 hour fast this morning, that’s the longest I’ve done so far. Unfortunately my extra eating over the last few days took its toll. I was 171.2 on Thursday morning but it spiked up to 174.1 today. I’m still going out for my usual Saturday night dinner out though 🤓 My schedule next week might not allow for as many super long fast periods though, so I’m not optimistic about getting down below 170 until the following week. But I really can’t complain too much considering the amount of progress I’ve made this year
Congrats on your progress. Like you I find fasting works, and after mentally getting over not eating, fasting is not so hard. My last meal preceeded a 23 hour fast.
 
Helped replace ceiling tiles in pool hall area and bathrooms at American Legion. Those are nasty and dusty. Went home and showered it off.


Had a Pittsburgh Reuben at Jimmy K’s up near the old high school with a small double baked sweet potato. And ice water
Yes, celing tiles are nasty to remove and replace. Even more nasty when mice have been living above the celing tiles.
 
Nothing special tonight. Couple breaded fish filets, baked in the oven on buns.

Gave my glazed ham ball recipe to a friend. She is making them now. Best I will get is a picture.
She is an hour drive away. :confused:
 
My girlfriend and I went out to another restaurant that we haven’t tried before and this one was just so so, plus it was a long wait to get a table and a long wait for the food. Our server was very nice though. I had a prime rib sandwich and she had an Asian salad with chicken

Ground Hog Sunday night meal. Same meal as last Sunday night.

For the past few weeks I essentially cut off carbs, and lost over team ikbs with zero effort. The last five days, although I essentially faster 24 hours between meals, I consumed carbs.

Even though fasting 24 hours, I gained two pounds from what I can only assume was carbs back in the diet.

Speculation, fasting impact on weight is reduced when carbs, even limited carbs, are consumed after completion of a fast
