Microwaved a baking potato. Butter and sour cream. Chocolate chip cookies and milk.

Had a Subway sandwich on the grocery list, but nurse called in sick. Try for better Thursday.
Sick at home and posting stupid stuff on Facebook all day. She is not the most reliable.
The Thursday gal never misses a day.

For lunch today I got my last free McDonald’s fries of the Toronto Raptors basketball season. It was the 38th free fries on the app, but they are now done for the season so that deal goes away. I do have another deal for large fries for $4 so I’m gonna get those tomorrow for lunch

Always a question what will arrive when one orders the same exact dish at the same restaurant at the same location in Manila. Fourth time ordering this dish in last ten days.

First two times, although different, the dish was good. Last Sunday, barely edible meet. This time, the meat is undercooked and cold.

Salad came out after the main course. Dressing was forgotten for the salad, and this time the salad is primarily red cabbage.

Can't make this stuff up.

Moving to another location for the next 100 days, maybe restaurants will be a bit better, but I will have expectation management.

Ribs off the Traeger and wrapped in the oven. Got a small 5.5 pound brisket about to be trimmed and seasoned. Also have some ground beef thawing to make burgers.

Ok so nothing fancy. It was lean coming from the butcher. Removed the silver skin and somewhat rounded it. Some light mustard binder then sea salt, Mest Church El Blanco and some sort of coffee rub. It looks a little light so I might toss on some more later.....
