Many say stinky socks is not far from the truth but it be a really really stinky aged brick on steroids I can't come on and say it tastes like chicken because it is it's own taste.

I walked in and two young cute girls were very friendly and talkative . Like you Blake they'd like to meet someone too. If you lived near I'd introduce you.

What exercise has been implemented during the last 9 days.
Many many different healthy diets and lifestyle will have similar results.

Zero exercise. Although, after I get past the first 15-20 days, I plan to start lifting in the weight room and maybe some light Elliptical work.

Sorry... I started eating before I took a pic.... Grilled Ribeye and Shrimp. It is one of my favorite Carnivore meals.

If I didn't mention it before, I am eating two meals a day. Breakfast about 6am and Dinner at 4pm. No snacks.
