Found good source of local farmer for beef tallow instead of butter i like it fried eggs in it.

I just cooked up a couple of NY striploins on the cast iron skillet for my girlfriend and I. She likes hers well done 😬 and I like mine medium rare 🤩 These turned out really great! I prepped them with butter and steak spice (from The Keg, which is a big chain of awesome steakhouses up here) We also had some russet baked potatoes

When I realized the Brisket wasn't going to be done until maybe, 9pm tonight, I went to Plan B for meal for the wife on this specially day.....

No sides, as we are on Carnivore. After all that rich shell fish and butter.... I may not need to eat for 24 hours.

It was really, really good for frozen from Sam's Club.
