Due to work, we had Christmas early so today I made a 12 pound little turkey on the Traeger. Mashed potatoes, carrots and homemade gravy. Deadly as always!

Croquette is the thing with the mallet and hoop. We call the salmon patties.
As I understand it the difference between a croquette and a patty is the shape, oblong vs round, or the size, with the croquette being the smaller of the two. But don't quote me in that.
No Christmas dinner pics from the hospital last night as I was finally discharged in the late afternoon. I will be back in hospital next week so will try to get some more hospital food pics then.

Ex-Wife brought Son back home and delivered more food. (have not opened container)
Said her Hubby smoked brisket yesterday, so I have that too. Going to gain weight this week.

venison , some toast with Vegemite and two hard boiled eggs. More than enough protein and carbs. Dave’s killer bread blue label too

Chicken looks great but is that raw brocolli? My jaw would be hurting trying to eat all of that
