People complain that everyone is over eating to big of portions well giddy up i bet most can't do it amd we only a 100 calories in keep chewing

The pic was bad it's deep fried cheese curd Wisconsin standard as good as it gets.

I was pleasantly surprised how tender and juicy it was for a “cheap” cut. I guess dry brining for 24hrs actually works
