What are you eating right now?

Looks good but too nauseated to eat it right now :( Nurse said she will save it for me for when the meds kick in.

Well, it's a hospital. They cooked the dickens out of those veg. The gravy looks horrid. Even the soup is beige. I hope you have someone bringing you more palatable food at least once a day.
Nah, it’s my camera. Aside from the turkey skin which I can’t eat due to my condition it was pretty good for a “free” meal.
 
Do you weigh out the serving size?
Many times anyone including myself just pouring in a bowl it's amazing how much people over do a serving size very true with carb heavy foods or nuts.soon you know it your knee deep in calories and day just started. Now if it was broccoli that's another story.

Because I can’t get this cereal here anymore I do tend to pour a smaller amount of it into the bowl because I don’t want to finish the box too quickly. I typically get about 10-12 bowls per box.
 
It is Christmas Day and lunch was just served, ham is a little dry on the exposed edge but still good for hospital food. The pudding is actually really good for a mass produced pudding.
