The wife just drank some mouse flavored water on our way home from church this morning. It tasted funny so she brought her water bottle into the house and was surprised to pour a dead mouse out of it into the sink. Lots of screaming but surprisingly little vomiting.

In oven baked chicken breast and tenders from local butcher. Wings too. Guinness NA
It started as a mild gallbladder attack and progressed to pancreatitis very quickly.

Just got upgraded to “free fluids” and was given a tub of vanilla yoghurt and a small cup of orange juice. Have another cup of juice and a jello to go but it’s too much in on sitting.

I would have picked a Stouffer's frozen lasagna over a salad from Casey's every day of the week. I think you got the better meal.Stouffer's frozen lasagna from the microwave.
Sent my Son to the Casey's General Store. He came back with a big salad for himself.

I had Christmas dinner with my sister, dad, son and my girlfriend tonight. My sister made braised beef, mashed potatoes, stuffing, caesar salad, and carrot cake for dessert 
I was just hungry for a salad!
Nurse drives me to the DR tomorrow AM. After back home, I turn her loose with my list and credit card.
New grocery store has a nice deli. She can get me a salad there. They also have very good chicken.
Running a special now, 8 pieces for $12. I shall have one of those and share several pieces with my Son.

Meals are free (aka tax payer funded) at the hospital so I’m not complaining.
The typical 'carb-consistent diet' they feed people at the hospital. Pancreatitis isn't fun.
