What are you eating right now?

Butterfish marinated in miso etc

I never imagined that a bunch of oil guys could cook and eat so well. No way I can keep up. I've got to stop coming here. :ROFLMAO:
Considering how much fast food and processed food I eat I’m almost embarrassed to admit what I eat 😬
But tonight I’m taking my girlfriend out for dinner at a fancy steakhouse so I’ll be sure to post pics of my meal 🤩🤪

It is always amazing to me how many concerns themselves with what are the best lubricants to feed my vehicles, but fuel themselves with garbage day in and out and wonder why they perform poorly.

I’m actually very healthy but you aren’t wrong, my diet is pretty bad. I’m very active though and I do try not to fill myself up with total garbage but my biggest problem is that I just don’t like vegetables whatsoever (I do love the garden salad from Longhorn steakhouse though and I do have a kale smoothie every day, I drink lots of water and get a good amount of sleep, plus I take my vitamins)

I know I quoted you but I wanna make clear I wasn’t singling you out I really wanted and was making a general comment overall. You just see it day in and out what’s the best this that and everything thing else till it comes to food than it’s whatever is convenient and don’t care about quality at all.

I’m not offended at all, and I do agree that a lot of people do so much research on what is best for a car that they might keep for 15 years but they neglect their own body.

I'm having a 250 ml cup of low-sodium V8 with a tablespoon each of chia seeds and flax seed meal stirred in. Chia and flax are excellent sources of ALA. Over half the fat in chia is ALA and flax contains almost as much ALA. I give chia the edge because it has other benefits but flax is cheaper if that matters. Flax meal is preferable to the whole seeds. A really good combination in terms of amino acid profile would be sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and either chia or flax seed meal. I eat a small bowl of nuts and seeds every day. Very high in calories so that must be considered.

No prime rib dinner again like last night. Back to being a single man and finding my own food from meager pickings.

Pressed ham lunch meat sandwiches with mustard. Frozen chocolate malt for dessert.

Waiting for Christmas when people bring me a plate of food from their gatherings.
NOT looking forward to next week.:(
