Going to West Virginia to visit my family over the weekend. We are looking at a new house for them across the road.
No pics of everything but did my brined ribs and ribeyes. The ribs were fantastic as usual but I must say that the steaks were amazing. Just a basic marinade in soy sauce over night, 410F on the Traeger until rare. Then rest. They were juicey and fall apart.
