What are you eating right now?

A pile of plant matter for fiber and micros, chicken and eggs for protein, sesame seeds for micros, EVOO as a good source of Omega fatty acids in a good ratio. Utilitarian.

I had some chips with Pace Hot Salsa. Made my nose run. :p
Then more of the pasta from the neighbor. Casey's donut for dessert.
