yes, I heard that someplace. I do like adding smoked paprika to lots of top of stove dishes since I MUST avoid salt these days.
I love paprika, mostly the sweet Hungarian kind. I also have smoked paprika.

You could try ground celery seeds as salt substitute. Also, celery seeds are a natural diuretic, so they are beneficial if your blood pressure runs high.

Hah, love tacos. I am from the southwest, and grew up with Sureno Mexican food. Recently we found a gut truck that chills at the gas station everyday....a bunch of business.......they make proper Sureno Tacos.........no BS, Steak cilantro, onions=done
 
How about a nice pork shoulder butt roasted in the oven fat side up for a few hours?
These come out crusty on top and moist and flavorful. This compares to a pork loin as boneless, skinless chicken breasts compare to lovely and flavorful bone-in chicken thighs with skin.
 
When you learn to put stress on yourself and get uncomfortable that's when you'll grow correctly. So many people hate to be uncomfortable and be disciplined that's why they fail eating is easy do hard things that's when you grow.
