What are you eating right now?

Had an old gal come help me shower and do chores today. Was getting close to lunch time. Meals on wheels food looked like crap.

I gave her $40 and said go get us Chinese at the local joint. Here's at ya AM! I got Hunan chicken, like that stuff.
I guess we are not supposed to tip the public health care workers, but we just keep our lips zipped and all is good.

You wanna come over and show me? I'm not fond of unnecessary nitrosamine formation due to high-heat cooking of cured meats. Browned ok, charred not ok.

Beef curry with onions, carrots, zucchini, and, rather obviously, eggs. No potatoes, no rice.

Got more meals on wheels again, as usual. Looks better than yesterday. At least they gave a fresh salad today. Stuffed both meals into the freezer for the weekend, when they don't deliver. Ate leftover Chinese from yesterday and the salad they brought today. Don't eat much anymore, sitting on my butt all day.

Almost dreading the weekend, it's my birthday Sunday. Will be 69 then, and I suspect Daughter will want to get me to their house for a meal that day. Still snow and ice covered here. Have enough trouble walking in the house, much less slick conditions. Hopefully her husband comes to pick me up. He is into body building and strong to help me to the vehicle and back.

2 Philly steak sandwiches. $1/each at American Lefion. Beats fake Chinese pigs lop any day. Plus some real broth from it that will go in crock pot for a beautiful roast.
