What are you eating right now?

I'm low carb in general but not Keto as I drink beer here and there I enjoy it. I can afford a few carbs today's ride I'm a few calories in the hole. I enjoyed a post ride beer for my cabs everyone knows my breakfast and lunch so a beer won't hurt a bit. Yes that number is very accurate

Low-carb tends to work well for most people for weight maintenance and some weight loss. How low depends on the person's activity level. If I spend all day exerting myself 200 g of carbs is not all that much. If I sit around the house all day, 30 g is plenty. The obvious problem with carbs is that they tend to taste very good so it's hard to put the cookies down.. That's why I think that complete carb deprivation is just going to cause a rebound effect. Willpower only last so long and eventually you make up for not having indulged at all. There goes a dozen donuts and you have just undone your good diet of the past ten days. That's why I'm not too crazy about cheating days. They invariably set you back. I'd rather make generally good nutritional choices while incorporating treats here and there. I never say to myself "I will never again eat a cookie!" And when I have a treat I make adjustments to my other meals. Speaking of weight, I'm currently 205 lbs. That's a good weight for me.
