Broccoli and Spaghetti
The spaghetti is cooked in the water used to initially cook the broccoli
adding extra flavor to the pasta.

I made bean stew so I could fart more. Onions, bacon, bell peppers, carrots, pinto beans, sour cream, spices and herbs including MARJORAM. The cheese melted into the lava-hot stew within seconds. I have been drinking so little beer lately I actually feel one bottle.

It was a pretty nasty poultry. Not sure it was chicken. Was grateful for the plain rice- as that bird was just not good.

Root and Cruciferous Vegetable Stew with Squash: I undercooked it slightly so it'll reheat better during the coming week. I plan to reheat individual servings with the addition of meat, poultry, beans, pasta, or rice so while using the stew as a base there will still be some variety with each serving. Sorry for the poor lighting.
