All *carbs. Just saying. Not lecturing. Hard to see what quantities are in your plastic bowl. I thought the brown bits are meat, but they are beans. Eggs are really great, no doubt about that. Dave adds sugar to most of "his" breads, I hate that.
Everyone is different and I know I couldn't eat that unless I was going to hike or bike vigorously afterward. Just my standard warning. Have you had your A1c AND you Vitamin D levels checked? Frankly the two most important markers, despite the world being hung up on cholesterol and triglycerides.
I think I will make a thread about Vit D, but will need all kinds of warnings to consult a good, savy, smart doc of your choice.
