What restaurant? Interesting!!
Had to google gnocchi, had no idea. I've led a sheltered life I guess. LOL!Southern California. Living large, wow can they cook here. My dish was gnocchi, bacon, chicken, peas, and a butter sauce. Wow oh wow.View attachment 181455View attachment 181457
The Old Town Junction. Santa Clarita, CA. Wonderful food. And they own the Speakeasy next door- which was intriguing. What restaurant? Interesting!!
That's a real melange on your plate. Did it have a name? The Old Town Junction. Santa Clarita, CA. Wonderful food. And they own the Speakeasy next door- which was intriguing.
That's what many "restaurants" do. They precook and later reheat their pasta so they can crank out the dishes faster for their picky customers. My gawd! What awful looking food. That spaghetti looks dead, like it was prepared ahead of time and just had some "sauce" dumped on top of it.
At least they use fake hair! That's what many "restaurants" do. They precook and later reheat their pasta so they can crank out the dishes faster for their picky customers.
Please no full-size images for online use ever. Here you can't even post them beyond a certain size. Just download and install Photoshop Express from the App Store. I rarely edit images on my phone but when I do I use the Image Size App specifically for scaling. This app is also available for IOS. Super-easy to use. You just plug in the desired width or height in pixels and the app will create a scaled version of your image for uploading and/or sharing.View attachment 181424View attachment 181425Steak and ribs and beer. Had to do a screenshot of the steak since the photo was too big and I haven’t looked into editing software yet. Very good beer. Yuengling is my favorite beer and this one is really good too.
Definitely not real cheese! It could be fake hair.At least they use fake hair!
Sucka gonna end up in the sound one way or the other!Yesterday we went to Gordito's in Greenwood where they serve the "baby burrito"... as in a burrito as big as a baby. We got the regular size instead which are merely as big as your head.

Ideally, such pasta should be finished in the sauce. That's what many "restaurants" do. They precook and later reheat their pasta so they can crank out the dishes faster for their picky customers.
Depends on the dish. But yes.Ideally, such pasta should be finished in the sauce.
Pablo, I generally prefer simple dishes with fresh/ quality ingredients . The word fusion in reference to food is a major turn off for me.That's a real melange on your plate. Did it have a name?

Agree. This dish was simply labeled chicken with gnocchi with bacon, peas, in a butter sauce. The dish sold me with gnocchi and butter. The bacon with this dish was very nicely smoked and chunked. Great dish that I suspect anyone can easily make. Of note, the chicken cuts were very small.
