What are you confused about? Lol. Dad is very picky about toast won’t eat anything but wheat and dry they brought white and buttered. Mom’s fiesta omelette had no ham and had tomato and mushroom which she won’t eat mushrooms at all and tomato isn’t listed as an ingredient on their menu. Had to swap that for an all star special. We are all somewhat picky on food lol.

Especially since they insist on coming to the one in the hood since it’s warmer even though the others aren’t cold they just use air conditioning like normal people.

Had my usual oatmeal for breakfast (Bob's Red Mill quick cooking steel cut oats, half cup, with tablespoon of brown sugar, need to cut that sugar back). But there was some leftover cider doughnuts from last weekend that apparently were mine, so snacktime came early today. All with two cups of Peet's Major Dickinson's dark blend.
 
Beans with bacon and beef, onions, baby corn, green onion, carrots, and whatever else I can't remember, topped with a ham and spinach omelet. I don't care for corn unless it's baby corn. Baby corn hasn't developed the majority of its starchy content yet so nutritionally it's more a veg than a grain.

I don't take pics in restaurants. I went with a couple of friends as it was a birthday dinner. We had two orders of baby back ribs, fried chicken. a creole shrimp appetizer, some desserts, and a couple-three beers.
