all the time for me!!
A perfect omelette takes a really good pan, enough oil, the right heat and skill plus practice. It took me awhile and it's still hit and miss to get nice and floofy, browned and just soft inside.

Well, it's not that I cannot make a neat-looking tamagoyaki but I just don't care enough to make an effort to make it look nice. The Emporer is probably rotating in his mausoleum when he finds out I stuffed my sloppy version with ham and cheese. After all, I am a barbarian. I don't have an iPhone 15 so the image is poorly composed and badly lit, not well-focused and poorly exploded, and it's low-res. All around zero effort.

Cafe had the stuffed pepper special all day. My lady got off work and picked them up for me on her way home. Stuffed peppers, salad, crackers and a roll = $12.49 
Need a kid show me how to post pics one of these days. Old man here and I hate the cell phone and normally just use a landline. So I suppose would need to email myself a pic to my computer and post that. Hate messing with that kind of crap.

Medium sized peppers. Taste of the peppers and stuffing was very good. The melted cheese was funky for some reason, crusted and hard. Maybe they cooked them earlier, cooled them off and reheated? They were great except for the cheese.Easy with your iPhone 15

Moose's Tooth in Anchorage. One of Alaska's highest rated restaurants. It is easier to find a hunk of gold washed up in the beach than a well rated restaurant in Alaska.
Hungarian mushroom soup, and half reindeer daisy/ half bacon pizza.
Verdict- for Alaska thumbs up, but family pizzerias in New Jersey have nothing to worry about....

Shel, it is 430pm right now, this restaurant is huge and it is already jam packed with customers. Alaska is a tough place to eat out.
Pizza is edible, but overall very lackluster.
