What are you eating right now?

3 good dollops of the jam (it was bumbleberry, not raspberry) and a healthy amount of stupid non fat Greek yogurt that the skinny Asian wife buys (ugg) - I say because it has too many carbs and no fat for what it is.

Glucose level, 120!

I have trained my body back to being insulin sensitive.View attachment 155569View attachment 155570
Were you just testing your bodies reaction... experiment?

Chinese food. As people here call it “fake Chinese food” lol. I don’t consider this fake it’s not Panda Express that place has fake Chinese food lol. Parents having stuffed peppers which look no good at all and i would never eat something like that.

Did you beg...lol
Lol 😂 yes I did Jim haha. Luckily I’ll have more money this weekend it’s bonus check week at work like it is every other week on our non pay weeks and I’m getting $200 Saturday for doing some work to a friends car. But then I’ll probably just buy more license plates I’m getting on the license plate kick again haha.

Rotten cabbage salad...
Not my style. Trying to load up on vitamin U...
Getting my sulforaphane too

I had a very late dinner tonight because I'm on a different schedule for a while. A chicken breast, stuffed with Swiss cheese and breaded with a mix of sesame seeds and ground Wasa crisp bread. I didn't have any Black Forest ham or this would have been a cordon bleu. Served on a bed of greens with a little pico de gallo, and some EVO drizzle. I like my breading crispy and full of acrylamide! That's a ten-minute meal.

I had venison meatballs for lunch. One of the few things I buy from Grocery Outlet is ground venison from New Zealand. In addition to the usual spices used for venison, I added lovage. I also fried up onions, king trumpet mushrooms, and bell peppers. And, of course, venison would not be complete without cranberries or lingonberries.
