Regarding the dates, I would suggest eating two or three before going to bed. If your BG is elevated in the morning because your BG drops and your body overcompensates in the morning hours, this approach may help lower the morning/fasting BG. However, the liver puts out glucose in the morning hours before we wake up so that we have the energy to get up.

We are in a tornado and large hail watch now for another couple hours. So I'm just hanging out in the basement.

I have been taking the real deal French stuff for about 25 years.
Got a filler free brand that is new to me. Smells like 🍇
Never had any that smelled like that.. interesting.

Maritime pine tree bark extract. Nope, haven't taken it but it's known to be great for immune support. The compound is also found in small quantities in grape seeds and in peanut skins. If I had autoimmune issues or inflammation I'd certainly try it. It is also an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant.

I could use a steak. It has been years. Why? When I was a kid we had steak everyday and I couldn't stand it...rich no...
Farm country yes. Folks would by a steer or half at like 19 to 29 cents a pound in the day... Yeah...
Just like a fisherman I guess.
The Wendy's snack wrap was good but it will take me another 2 weeks to make $6...these days... Tonight I will shake down the couches..

Farm raised steak is the best especially when it’s from your farm lol. When my sister had steer a couple years ago they made some delicious burgers, steak and other things like liver.
