What are you eating right now?

Failed to post out pizza from last Friday night. This tired looking Italian restaurant nailes their pizza. Place is pricey, but I suspect they use real and high quality ingredients. We are so pleased to find such a good pizza, but the price is about triple of Dominos.

Now that GON, looks like a really good pizza! Toppings, sauce and cheese spread to the edges.

Some places these days, have 2" of bare crust on the outsides. Not my cup of tea. If I wanted that, I would order bread sticks and dipping sauce. Here is an example of our local pizza joint. No thanks! Too Yuppie for my tastes.

That pie looks great but I'm with you.
Too...much...bread 🍞
I usually cut all the extra crust off and freeze it to make croutons at a later date.
Mr.Caesar appreciates it 😋

Fancy joint makes me happy they are building a new Pizza Hut here this spring!;) Thin and crispy please!

Casey's gas station still makes the best pizza locally, in my book. Town of 5000 people and we don't have many choices.

Lunch ...
The sauce was bumped up with some fresh-ground Chipotle and Szechuan peppers adding additional smokiness, heat, and a slight numbing from the Szechuan peppers.
Instead of going to a fast-food joint for chicken nuggets, the TJ's product offers better quality and a far lower price. E&J has been one of my go-to sauces for years. The nuggets are cooked in the countertop convection oven and the sauce is warmed on the oven top while the nuggets are cooking.

I used to go to Everett and Jones when I was spending a lot of time in the East Bay a few years ago. It made up for the traffic on the Bay Bridge. I was surprised to see their sauce at Safeway.
