Did you get the Mormon sauce aka mayo and ketchup? I like the fries unsalted. A burger with guac or the egg over easy on there is the business.

Mayo on a burger yes. Ketchup heck no that’s for the fries lol. I love egg and avocado too.

Nah they're still toothsome you can tell by the colour.
I shocked them in an ice bath to arrest the cooking, then gave them a quick dunk to bring them to temp for plating.
Some of them were bent at the tips from fresh...

IMO…the best burger chain in the country, though “in n out“ is a close second. I’ll have a double…. Tomato, Onion and Mayo, and a small fry with some Freddy’s fry sauce on the side.

Errand lady came today after school. Brought back laundry, took out trash, got my mail and did grocery shopping.

Grocery store got a smoker, do ribs and chicken some days. (never know when) Mentioned getting 1/2 rack of pork ribs if this was one of the lucky days. She called from the store. All they had smoked were whole chickens and turkey thighs. Told her to grab me a thigh. It looks and smells great! Will eat later.
