Just heavenly... In the end, brisket took 16 hours plus rest time. On the smoker at 1130pm and eaten at 8pm the next day.

Probably my best brisket yet, to be honest. This was so insanely good.

Chinese food. Not sure what parents went to get they didn’t want Chinese they wanted seafood lol. It just started pouring down here. I’m supposed to have a package here but there is nothing so I hope it’s not outside somewhere. Me and the sender want to find it.
