What are you eating right now?

I have to post this lunch picture here. Maximum gainz, boyz! My glycogen stores have been topped off and triglycerides are coursing through my arteries. ;)

Hash browns stuffed with Tillamook cheddar, scrambled eggs, bacon, and country pork sausage. Topped with country gravy and chives. Also fruit and a still hot buttermilk biscuit.

Fake fungus based meat is Korn, ground feat style. Add oils, spices, garlic, onions, etc stir fry wow tastes great

Basta = bean based no wheat pasta

I stay protein and veggie centric without meat for a day or two per week.
 
I knew AF.. but try searching FEAT.. lol. Figured it was fake meat too.. but didnt connect the dots.
Some of us also eat foodles. These pasta facsimiles are based on various plant products like shirataki/konjac (0 carbs) or soy (low carb content) and come in various designs looking like everything from spaghetti to macaroni. They have a bland taste and often a somewhat rubbery texture and require flavorful accouterments like a sauce to make them palatable.

Baked fish, coke slaw and Mac n’ cheese. Waiting on brother and nephew to stop in. Big road race at Pitt Intl Raceway tomorrow. I have stuff to do tomorrow so I’m not attending pkus 70% chance thunderstorms.

Doesn't the coke negate the health benefits of the slaw? ;)
 
Well I do make Para-featloaf!

Meat and feat blend. The bomb.
I have not yet added feat to my meatloaf but I put lots of veggies in my meatloaf so it's only about 3/4 meat. Does that make it a veagloaf or a veatloaf? We need to standardize those terms.
