How long to cross over to BC aka Bring Cash? Do they have good donairs there? I'm sure they are probably better in Halifax or PEI.

Have never eaten a fig. Unless Fig Newton cookies count!Just a meager spot of evening spread for me. Cambozola and uncured rosemary ham on whole kernel whole grain dark bread. Sweet peppers, tomatoes, and fresh figs.
But I would try them any day.

Going to get dimed out by Pablo because I can't recall the name of this dish nor most of the ingredients in it. Tough getting old, struggle to recall the ingredients in a dish I ordered 30 minutes ago.

That is the way it is served. Two separate dishes on one plate. Spaghetti had garlic and chili. Shripms was a mushroom sauce. Dish had a European name, I just can't recall

My first meal of the day consists of two pan-fried slices of venison-pork meatloaf with eggs, plants, and fungi. Looks a bit brown but hasn't crossed the threshold into catfood territory. I was too lazy to get cranberries and I couldn't find the jar of cranberry spread I know I have in the pantry. Next time I'll be better prepared.

Throw a couple sacks of fresh cranberries in the freezer. Use as needed. Update for GON: My helping lady took my list and did the grocery run. List said Marie Callender's pot pies.
She came back with Banquet pot pies instead!
I did not check the food she put into the freezer until she was gone.Probably my fault. If I write down Raisin Bran, sometimes she will get store brand instead. (which is fine with me) Same if I write Kleenex, might come back with store brand, also Okay.
Oh well, she is coming to clean Friday and will send her back. for the brand name pies.
This time I will ride along anyway. I'm getting low on cash and need to go to the bank. (I pay her in cash)
Let you all have a laugh on me now. I'm probably the only one on BITOG without a debit card! Write myself a check and cash it at the bank. Normally maybe 2 trips per year.
