Normal ham. Ham that is more sweet than salted. The opposite of city ham is country ham, which is deeply preserved in salt.

Makes total sense. Being from west coast we have ham, bacon, and some Canadian pork product.

At a tiny Mexican bakery, store, and taco shop in Lakewood, WA. Walked here from discount tire,that is replacing a toms sensor.

Super hard working couple here. One is baking, the other is running the cashier and cooking. Only three chairs.

So nice to find a little place like this .

Chinese breakfast on a flight from Hong Kong to Bangkok. They call this chicken noodle. The red things were pretty hot. Not bad, but I prefer white chicken meat.

We had scrambled farm eggs yesterday and tonight I got a rack of ribs seasoning with a rub of mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Thats for the Traeger tomorrow. Thursday will be beef roast.
