What are you eating right now?

Breakfast: bowl of mush and two brown and serve Turkey sausage links. Coffee.

Lunch: one small slice of pizza and a nutrition bar.

Supper: a bowl of salad with chopped egg and popcorn chicken.
 
Ordered Korean food. Beef and Pork bulgogi....still waiting

Whole red snapper at Naxos Greek Island restaurant in Itasca, IL. I am not a big fan of fish, but this fish is so fresh, clean..... So wonderful. Taste is outstanding, and you feel healthy when you leave the table.

The restaurant is highly recommended.

Staying consistent always wins long tem goals its why Breakfast and lunch are generally same every single day year after year 150g precooked oatmeal or 40g dry weight 3 over easy eggs.
