I really like dark roast. The fresh roasted from Peet's coffee houses is significantly better than store bought, if available for you, 53' Stude. Another fav is their Sulawesi-Kalosi from Indonesia.

Working in Salt Lake City for 36 hours. Late night dining can be hard to find at times in SLC. At the Copper Commons jus outside of downtown SLC. Little gem salad, And little neck clams.

The salad was super fresh, clean tasting, and absolutely delicious. The clams a bit to gourmet for this simple guy, but really, really good with each new bite. Huge thumbs up to this restaurant.

I made Pico de Gallo. My wife is a master salsa maker so I had never actually done it before. Taste is good but WOW I PUT IN WAY TOO MUCH CHOPPED ONION!

Hahaha screwed up the ratio. Added extra garlic to compensate. Hahaha.

Tasty though.

Just found out dessert is also included in the meal price. Rice pudding, cheesecake, and other nice options. Decided to try the rice pudding.
