What are you eating right now?

My wife made penne al pomodoro using fresh tomatoes from the neighbours garden and basil from our fresh herbs.

Working in Salt Lake City for 36 hours. Late night dining can be hard to find at times in SLC. At the Copper Commons jus outside of downtown SLC. Little gem salad, And little neck clams.

The salad was super fresh, clean tasting, and absolutely delicious. The clams a bit to gourmet for this simple guy, but really, really good with each new bite. Huge thumbs up to this restaurant.
