A Guinness and some frozen corn neighbors gave me. And a smoked, then grilled chicken breast with quarter of a sweet potato and real maple syrup
 
Low carb Sunday. Lunch of tomato, cucumber and red onions sprinkled with reggiano parmigiano and Paul Newman Greek Vinaigrette.

Dinner with same vegs plus spring mix salad and Paul Newman Lite Italian dressing along with leftover Hormel meatloaf.
