What are you eating right now?

Chicken 🐔 broccoli 🥦 white rice with over easy egg 🍳

It's already done so I can't take a photo, but I made a plate of nachos to eat while watching a game on TV. Wasn't that complicated. I just shredded some pepper jack cheese and sprinkled it (and canned black beans) on yellow chips and tossed that in a toaster oven, although I'm might have slightly burned the top and tossed a couple of chips. The beans kind of dried out too. Then just ground beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Then whatever I could find (or got in anticipation) like black olives, black beans, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions. I'll eventually get it right.

Coffee affects the adenosine receptors in the brain. Having limited your coffee intake, have you noticed a change in your sleep cycle? I used to drink coffee by the quart regularly and I still, do that occasionally when I must keep going for more than 18 hours. On most days I have no more than one largish cup of coffee, usually with a few figs or dates. And of course, I do have serious affogato addiction. 😇

I know this wasn't directed at me but I cut out my mid morning and afternoon coffee and am sleeping much better at night.
 
Fried rice with sweet potato and pork, topped with a fried egg, and one fried plantain. Also blueberries. I have been increasing my carb intake since yesterday because I'll be doing a 10-mile run on Friday.
