Two broiled crab cakes....

I have family in Maryland and always go for crab cakes when we visit. I never order them anywhere else as it is always a disappointment. Covid has kept us from travelling there the last two years, but maybe this year we can make it work. I hear that crab prices are beyond ridiculous there now, but maybe we can get financing.
